Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Deliveries will be prioritized for business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. We will communicate these changes.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Customize the following: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are based on size and weight of piece.

UPS Ground	3-5 business days	$50-$150
UPS Two Days	2 business days	+$200
UPS Overnight *	1-2 business days	$500

*Often overnight shipping is not possible, however if you are in the New England region it is expected due to distance with even Ground or standard shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

It is better to ship to a physical address. Please note we typically can't accommodate P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When we ship, we will send out an email communication with a shipping number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Brand Fam, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will quote whatever we can before shipping.

Damages

The Brand Fam, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim to use for shipping back.
