Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. While we hope you are content with your purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 



All returns must be postmarked within (15) fifteen days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels. Since art is subjective, we simply request it returns to us in the state it arrived to you. 


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to discuss. Art is subjective and we understand that pieces may or may not fit in your home. We request that you have a call with the artist Kurtis Brand or one of our team members to discuss what your concerns are. We always want our customers to feel they have a strong investment, so we will do our best to reselect or adjust differently to support. Then you will need to mail your return to:

Please note: you are responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item for processing return or exchange. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed. 



the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Any custom project or print. Custom defines anything other than rolled or pre-stretched work that is sent with a request for a unique need. 
  • Any piece of work that is altered in anyway other than how it was received.
