Ochre and gold massing at the center over a bone ground, black anchoring the left edge and the lower field, pink and magenta arriving as heat at the margins. Words surface through the layers — solace, soul, less repeated — written in and painted over, legible in places, buried in others. Blue line drawing runs loose across the whole surface.

The most open piece. White ground carries the weight rather than filling behind it.

Placed above the bed in Molly Berry's Antigua home, Luna Zorro. Square format, warm palette, reads across a room and holds close.
