The word oracle is written at the top right, in pink, where the painting starts. Blue fills almost the whole canvas, thinned and layered until it holds depth rather than color. Across it: arrows, diagrams, crosses, numbers, script in white and gold, a boxed diamond, notations that look like a reading in progress.
Black forms stand along the bottom, two of them topped with rings that open like eyes.
An oracle is not an answer. It is a surface that gets consulted, and everything found there was already on it. The figures at the bottom are looking up into the same field you are. Large and horizontal. Deep blue at this scale gives a room depth rather than weight, and the detail rewards standing close.
