Saffron and coral burning through the whole height, cooling to sand at the base. Large drawn letters spell across the upper field; beneath them, lines of script run in every direction, crossing and doubling back. Grey and white break in near the bottom. Warm palette, spinning line, language taken to the point of trance.
A tall narrow piece with real heat. Made for a chimney breast, a stair wall, or the space between two windows. Warm walls take it further; cool walls make the yellow ring.
